Heather Grace Stewart has been telling stories since she was a freckle‑faced kid reading Archie comics in a wobbly treehouse. She grew up loving words, drama class, and the kind of everyday magic that eventually found its way into her books.
Today, she writes emotionally rich romantic comedies and time‑travel romances filled with humor, heart, cozy spice, and characters who feel like friends. Her stories have reached hundreds of thousands of readers around the world, which still surprises her in the best possible way.
Before becoming a full‑time novelist, Heather studied at Queen’s University and Concordia and worked as a journalist—an experience that taught her how to listen closely, observe deeply, and find the story in everything. She’s now the author of 24 books, including The Timeless Love Chronicles and several romcoms known for their laugh‑out‑loud banter and swoony, hopeful endings.
She shares her home near Montreal with her husband, Bill—equal parts emotional anchor and tech support—and their young adult child, Finn, a gifted graphic designer who occasionally rescues Heather from questionable color choices. They’re her favourite collaborators, even if the cats insist they deserve credit too.
When she’s not writing, Heather can usually be found inline skating, dancing in her kitchen with oven mitts, or trying to convince one of her cats to help with her marketing. She loves connecting with readers and fellow daydreamers on Substack, Threads, Instagram, and Facebook.
She is represented by Nat Kimber of The Rights Factory, who helps champion her stories into the world.
